Marmon DIAMOND ITINERARY DEPOSIT (8 travelers for 16 days)

Our Diamond Custom Itinerary Package is for travelers who need even more than what we offer in the Sapphire Package. Due to the amount of work involved with Diamond Travel Planning, we accept only a limited number of Diamond trips, so please book early if you are interested in this service.

WHAT WE’LL DO FOR YOU:

  • Gather your preferences and dreams for your trip so we can customize our recommendations to you and your travel companions

  • Consult with you in detail to plan your Outline Itinerary covering the number of days you want to be in each destination

  • Book your accommodations for you using our experience in Europe and based on your personal preferences

  • Book activities, tours, museums entries, and more for each destination

  • Provide detailed information on transportation and logistics during your trip

  • Give you personalized recommendations such as lists of foods you should try (and where to find them), hiking suggestions, insider tips, and more

  • Create a customized, day-by-day itinerary that's unique to you with all the details you'll need. It's essentially a personalized guide book with only the information that's relevant to you. We’ll put your itinerary into the travel app Axus so you can download the details to your phone and/or print it out before your trip.

  • Be available to answer your questions during the entire process.

  • Arrange a pre-trip call before to review your travel plans and to make sure you have all the information you need.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

  • Fill out our questionnaire so we can learn more about you and your travel style.

  • We'll contact you via email to discuss where you are in the planning process and your goals for the trip.

    • Some things we want to know about you: Your interests and the interests of your traveling companions, your desires for the trip, and your ages and energy levels. Have you traveled to Europe before? If so, which countries did you visit? What would make your trip perfect, or what do you envision as your ideal day while on vacation?

  • Euro Travel Coach will put together a recommended overall itinerary that will incorporate the things you wished for, plus some extras we think you’ll love. You might say, “Yes, let’s go for it!” or you might want to discuss a few things, tweak some items, or compare different options. At the end of this phase, you’ll know what the highlights of your European trip are, you’ll know how long you’ll stay in each place, and you’ll know how to travel from point A to point B within Europe.

  • Once the itinerary is agreed upon, Euro Travel Coach will book your accommodations, and offer advice via email on additional elements of your trip and you will be responsible for booking activities, transportation and restaurants.

  • You’ll be given a customized, day-by-day itinerary that includes the destinations you want to visit, the number of days you will stay in each place. and your carefully selected accommodations. We’ll put your itinerary and details of your accommodations into the Axus travel app so you can download the specifics to your phone and/or print it out before your trip.

  • We are available to answer your questions while we are creating your itinerary.

  • We will call you before you travel to review your trip plans and to make sure you have the information you need.
