Euro Travel Coach creates fully custom Italy itineraries with transparent, flat per-day planning fees — no commissions, no trip markups. Pricing starts at $250/day (Ruby tier, essential planning) and goes up to $400+/day (Diamond tier, full-service VIP), for trips of 10 days or more. A typical 10-day custom Italy trip runs roughly $2,500 to $4,000+ in planning fees depending on service level, on top of your accommodations, activities, and transportation. Ruby Custom Itinerary Planning: $250 per travel day

How much does a custom Italy itinerary cost? Custom Italy itineraries are priced the same as our other European destinations: $250 to $400+ per trip day depending on service tier (Ruby, Sapphire, or Diamond), for trips of 10 days or longer. A 10-day custom Italy trip through our Ruby tier starts around $2,500 in planning fees; Diamond-tier full-service planning starts around $4,000.

What's the difference between Sapphire and Diamond for an Italy trip? Sapphire ($350/day) includes full booking of accommodations, restaurants, activities, and transportation. Diamond ($400+/day) is designed for groups of 5 or more travelers, itineraries with a quick turnaround, or trips with VIP extras that take extra time to arrange.

How long does it take to plan a custom Italy trip? After you answer our initial questions that help us get to know you and your travel style and travel party better, we build your full day-by-day itinerary, which you review and can request edits on before your trip is finalized. Planning a well-organized 10-day Italy trip yourself typically takes about 80 hours of research and coordination — our process is designed to save you that time.

Do you cover all regions of Italy, or just popular cities? We plan itineraries across all of Italy, from major cities like Rome, Florence, and Venice to regions like Tuscany, Piedmont, the Dolomites, Puglia, Sicily, and the Cinque Terre.

Is there a minimum trip length for Italy itineraries? Yes — we plan trips of 10 days or more. Shorter Italy trips can still be planned, but are billed at the 10-day minimum. We also offer 1-Hour coaching for shorter trips or Italy trips you would like to plan yourself.
